Crew Resource Management
Foster open communication, mutual respect, and sound decision-making. Encourage professional challenge when safety is concerned and avoid intimidation or harassment.

Aircraft & Client Stewardship
Treat every aircraft as a high-value asset entrusted to your care. Operate conservatively, protect equipment and documentation, and communicate operational decisions professionally.
Accountability
Violations of this Code may result in review, suspension, or revocation of CPA membership or credentials. By maintaining CPA membership, each pilot affirms a commitment to these standards of professional conduct.
