Governance & Independence

The Contract Pilots Association® (CPA) operates under a founder-led governance model supported by an engaged Board of Directors. Executive authority and day-to-day management are vested in the Founder & Managing Director, with the Board providing guidance and oversight. CPA is independent of manufacturers, operators, insurers, and staffing firms, and does not endorse products, services, or individuals.

The Contract Pilots Association® (CPA) is governed through experienced leadership and independent oversight
to promote safety, standards, and advocacy in contract aviation.
