The Contract Pilots Association® (CPA) engages with regulators and policymakers to promote clear, consistent, and practical standards affecting contract pilots. CPA advocacy focuses on regulatory clarity, professional recognition, and operational fairness—supporting safety while addressing the unique realities of contract pilot operations.

CPA does not engage in collective bargaining or labor representation. Our role is to provide informed, professional input so that contract pilots are understood and appropriately considered in aviation policy and regulation.
